A Fun Week!

Thank you!!!
Thank you to a great Crew Leader!
Lindsay made this week at VBS a fun experience.

Busy Ashe

This evening I am going to a potluck with some friends from work. I was only away from Ashe for a few minutes while I took something out of the oven. In the mean time, Ashe helped himself to some decorating. I can't even take my eyes off him for a minute. Sometimes he gets himself into trouble while I am busy cleaning up the last mess.

Who knew someone under three foot could be so exhausting?

CheapTickets.com

If you are looking to travel this summer you really shouldn't use Ashe's travel agent. As you can see they are just shipping him to his destination. Today was a rainy day so to pass the time (about two minutes, due to attention span) Ashe played in his diaper box.

The Next American Idol

Click the arrow under the picture to start the video.

Our little rock star just got this plastic microphone and he loves to sing into it. I thought he already sang loud enough but now he can really amplify his noise.

Singing Baby

I am still learning the camera. Today I found this nifty movie setting on my camera. Before I knew it I was recording. I just had to share the video. Ashe walks around singing everywhere we go. He loves the moo moo (most people call it a cow).

Please don't mind the waffle, Ashe is always eating.

Vacation Bible School

This week Nick is spending his mornings at St. Peter and Paul's VBS. He is having fun making crafts, singing songs, and learning wonderful lessons of faith. Today the kids bought in canned foods for the church pantry. I really wanted to take a picture of him participating in VBS activities but now that Nick is getting older I had to take the one and only VBS picture of him in the parking lot.

Pablo Picasso

After we played at the park today we stopped and had some ice cream. Ashe ended up with ice cream on his shirt so when we got home I had to soak his shirt. The only problem with soaking his shirt was that he was sleeping when we got home from our day of fun. So when I brought him in from the car he woke up a little. After laying hm in his bed and carefully removing his shirt, I headed to the garage to work some stain fighting magic. I realized when I left Ashe he was awake but very sleepy and appered to be ready to roll over and fall back to sleep. He was so quiet when I finished cleaning his shirt that I assumed he fell back to sleep. I sat down at the computer and checked to see what was happening out in the Internet world. It couldn't have been but a few minutes but something told me to check in on him. When I walked into the room I made the mother gasp sound because what I found was my little boy drawing on his body with an orange marker.

I am still shaking my head because... Boys Will Be Boys!

Visiting the Park

Ashe is busy making calls on my cell phone.

Today Ashe went to the park to play with his friend Lauren. They had fun going up and down on the playground equipment. They enjoyed running around and trying new things. After our park time we went out to lunch at Jason's Deli. Ashe had a yummy lunch with an ice cream for dessert. We had a fun day.

Orlando Science Center

Today we went to the Science center. We had a lot of fun. At the science center right now they are doing a special show about the Titanic. Is was very interesting. We also had fun in the hurricane simulator. It got the wind going in there at 78 miles per hour. The wind was strong but not as strong as the sound. The boys also enjoyed some hands out activities. We had so much fun we got a family pass to come back more throughout the year.
